Now a days it is seen that students resist themselves from taking Mathematics after High School. They are scared of Mathematics they find it very difficult, some think that they are not good enough to take this subject and they can't solve this.
Let me tell you something, I was the same kind of guy I was afraid of Mathematics and Physics, I could not think that how things are in these subjects. I failed in both the subjects. Then one of my friends held my hands and said don't worry and then he taught me Physics and Maths in such a way that I thought "What I had been doing for past some years? Mathematics is such beautiful subject." And since then I love Mathematics. I earned degree in Production Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur. And now I am doing my PhD. in Theoretical Physics.
I never thought that I can ever do this because I was not able get mathematics. But when I realized that how closely the world and the space we live in is related to maths I got that it is the most beautiful and easy subject. And every body can do this. Some of might be thiknking that what this crazy man is talking about, but its true. It's easy :)
You just need to understand that what the numbers are what they mean and how they are related to the world. You can describe everything using maths and numbers.
Carl Friedrich Gauss referred to mathematics as "the Queen of the Sciences".
